The DC2M is a SubConn® Circular Male Dummy Cap / Protective Plug designed to protect the unmated male pin face of 2-contact Circular series connectors from seawater ingress, biofouling, sediment contamination, and mechanical damage during storage, deck handling, and deployment. Rated to 1,400 Bar (20,300 psi) mated equivalent pressure, the DC2M is pressure-balanced and can be deployed on any unmated Circular connector face without depth limitation.
